An experienced technical leader in Molecular Diagnostics with a track record in developing regulated PCR applications for regulated diagnostic markets. Adrian brings 25 years of experience, having previously held equivalent roles at Qiagen and Biocartis. At Signatur Biosciences, Adrian leads all development and manufacturing operations.

Gabrielle is a biotech executive with 17+ years of experience spanning research, strategy, and commercialization. She held strategic roles at Ginkgo Bioworks and ARPA-H and previously led research projects at imec. She also contributed to White Raven's executive strategy and growth. Nahimi received her MSc. in Biochemistry from the University of Geneva. Nahimi comes from a MedTech scale-up company where she worked in Regulatory Affairs. At Signatur Biosciences, she leads Quality and Regulatory activities supporting the development of clinically validated products.

Francesca received her PhD from Imperial College London under the supervision of SigBio cofounder Molly Stevens. During her PhD, Francesca focussed on modeling and exploiting nucleic acid nanotechnology for disease diagnostics and prognostics. At Signatur Biosciences, Francesca works on the computational side of product development.

Olivia is a biotechnology engineer with over 20 years’ experience in diagnostic product development. She has led multiple CE-marked IVDs from concept to market at Belgian Volition and Coris BioConcept. At Signatur Biosciences, she lead product development and manufacturing activities.

Mélanie brings extensive hands-on experience in qPCR, LAMP, and molecular assay development. Before joining us, she led R&D projects at LaCAR MDx Technologies, managing kit design, automation, and scientific support. She previously worked at the University of Namur.

Alice is a scientist specialising in assay validation. She joined Signatur Biosciences from Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she worked on analytical method lifecycle management, robustness testing, and data analysis. Her expertise in qPCR supports development and performance verification.
