Startups since the age of 14. First patent at 15. World Intellectual Property Organization Best Young Inventor 2010. Twice TEDx speaker. Co-founded Young Change Maker, a social startup that highlights inspiring individuals. Co-founded and sold a company called Sauna en Bois. Bio-engineering from Imperial College London.

Prof Dame Molly Stevens
DBE FRS FREng, Scientific Advisory Board Chair
Co-inventor. Founder and Director of diverse and vibrant Stevens Group at Imperial College London and Deputy Director of the i-Sense interdisciplinary biosensing centre. Serial entrepreneur, NED experience, previous CSO and Foreign Member of the US National Academy of Engineering and of the US Academy of Arts and Sciences.

Dr. Adrian Moody
Head of Development
An experienced technical leader in Molecular Diagnostics with a track record in developing regulated PCR applications for regulated diagnostic markets. Adrian brings 25 years of experience, having previously held equivalent roles at Qiagen and Biocartis. At Signatur Biosciences, Adrian leads all development and manufacturing operations.

Dr. Gabrielle Woronoff
Chief Business Officer
Gabrielle is a biotech executive with 17+ years of experience spanning research, strategy, and commercialization. She held strategic roles at Ginkgo Bioworks and ARPA-H and previously led research projects at imec. She also contributed to White Raven's executive strategy and growth. At Signatur Biosciences, she leads business strategy and operations.

Nahimi Amare Bekele
RA/QA Lead
Nahimi received her MSc. in Biochemistry from the University of Geneva. Nahimi comes from a MedTech scale-up company where she worked in Regulatory Affairs. At Signatur Biosciences, she leads Quality and Regulatory activities supporting the development of clinically validated products.

Dr Francesca Smith
Lead Scientist
Francesca received her PhD from Imperial College London under the supervision of SigBio cofounder Molly Stevens. During her PhD, Francesca focussed on modeling and exploiting nucleic acid nanotechnology for disease diagnostics and prognostics. At Signatur Biosciences, Francesca works on the computational side of product development.

Edwicka Gregorowicz
Head of Lab Operations
With an MSc in Biological Sciences, Edwicka brings over 10 years of experience in the diagnostics and biopharmaceutical industries. Throughout her career, she has developed specialized expertise in analytical method development and validation. At Signatur Biosciences, she leads all laboratory operations.

Olivia Lefevre
Product Lead
Olivia is a biotechnology engineer with over 20 years’ experience in diagnostic product development. She has led multiple CE-marked IVDs from concept to market at Belgian Volition and Coris BioConcept. At Signatur Biosciences, she lead product development and manufacturing activities.

Mélanie Dol
Senior Technical Assistant
Mélanie brings extensive hands-on experience in qPCR, LAMP, and molecular assay development. Before joining us, she led R&D projects at LaCAR MDx Technologies, managing kit design, automation, and scientific support. She previously worked at the University of Namur.

Alice Janssens
Scientist
Alice is a scientist specialising in assay validation. She joined Signatur Biosciences from Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she worked on analytical method lifecycle management, robustness testing, and data analysis. Her expertise in qPCR supports development and performance verification.

Jonathan Destiné
Associate Scientist
Jonathan has over a decade of experience in validation and diagnostics production across Eurogentec, Diagenode, and UCB. At Signatur Biosciences, he supports instrument qualification, process validation, and kit manufacturing, bringing strong rigour and adaptability to the technical operations team.
